Yes, he is playing, and “in contention”. To give you an
indication of his length, He tried a 335 yd , SECOND SHOT from the fairway
(with a 3-wood) to a par 5 hole, a few weeks ago at a tournament….
He ended up “short by 2 yards”, and hit into a bunker.
(The shot demanded a 310 CARRY)…and that is a heck of a
poke with a 3-wood ! You will be “hearing” about this fella in
the near future ! After another year of “fine-tuning” a couple
aspects of his game…look out !
